The warehouse

Corby sits in the middle of the country’s distribution triangle. From our doors the A14 takes you east to Felixstowe and west to the M6; the M1 is a short run south. For most UK mainland destinations, stock held with us is a single driving day from the customer.
The building handles standard and Euro pallets, palletised and loose stock, with loading bays and yard space for curtainsiders and boxes. Whether you need fifty pallet spaces for a seasonal peak or a permanent block of racking, the space flexes.

Warehouse management system

We run a bespoke warehouse management system built around how our customers actually ask questions: what is here, when did it land, where is it, and when does it go out. Every movement is recorded against the pallet, so stock figures are not a best guess at the end of the month.

The building is alarmed and monitored around the clock, with a documented response procedure for out-of-hours activations.

Camera coverage across the yard, the loading bays and the racking, recorded and retained so any query can be checked.

Goods in and goods out are booked and recorded. Nothing leaves the building without matching paperwork.
The economics
Cheaper than space you have to commit to.
Taking your own unit means a lease, racking, handling equipment, insurance and staff — fixed costs that sit there whether the building is full or empty. With us you pay for the space and handling you actually use, and scale it up for a peak without signing anything long.
Because our own vehicles collect and deliver from the same site, there is no trunking cost to get stock from storage onto a trailer.
The time
And considerably less of your week.
Running a warehouse is a job in itself: booking in deliveries, chasing paperwork, covering holidays, maintaining fork trucks, keeping on top of health and safety. Handing it over gives that time back to the part of the business that earns.
